June to July
The days of June
are like a warm breeze at the dawn of midsummer,
dancing through light and color,
awakening the slumbering inspiration and passion within.
The season of July
brims with blazing sunlight and surging creativity.
Even a single stroke of graffiti on a street corner
can stir a ripple of artistic resonance.

Through visits to Japan's renowned art museums and galleries, participants engaged in exchanges and learning with local artists and cultural experts. This event not only allowed our members to experience the rich and diverse aspects of Japanese culture, but also supported their artistic creation and personal growth. We look forward to offering similar opportunities to more members in the future, allowing everyone to explore the wonderful world of art and culture together.

ARTS‧TECH Exhibition 3.0 – The Lighthouse invites you to journey through Hong Kong’s unique urban memories and visions of the future, while reflecting on the true meaning of “home”.
Curated by Joel Kwong and in collaboration with media artist Keith Lam, the exhibition features an immersive installation crafted from neon light and sound art. The work is inspired from the maritime history of Hong Kong and lighthouses, the skyline of Victoria Harbour, and the lighthouse imagery in the works of local writer Shu Hong-sing. From historic lighthouses that guided ships safely home, to today’s soaring harbourfront buildings acting as modern beacons, these city landmarks have always illuminated the night and guided us back “home”— watching over our city and its dreams.

Sau-lan's creations focus on marker pens, using color and lines to shape a unique painting style. She boldly departs from the constraints of reality, delivering a strong visual impact. Despite the daring and unusual nature of her work, Sau-lan's personality is quiet and reserved.
After six years immersed in the world of painting, she interprets her visual language uniquely, whether through still life, portraits, or animals, skillfully navigating between abstraction and representation. Her large eyes and long eyelashes are the most symbolic features of the faces in her artworks. The distorted figures of people and animals reveal quirky appearances and subtle expressions, radiating a strange atmosphere. Sometimes, after finishing a piece, she adds repetitive text, which seems to embellish the artwork while also hinting at deeper meanings.
Sau-lan paints quietly and continuously, like a reserved and gentle little rabbit. This exhibition draws inspiration from the metaphor of the "rabbit hole," showcasing her surreal visual creations, inviting viewers to explore a world full of illusions and curiosities, just like stepping into a rabbit hole!
